Hoping to get some information regarding our newly implemented wi-fi Guest Portal in Smartzone Essentials version 6.1. So, we've built out the portal, and users have been able to successfully connect and use it as intended. The issue we run into quite often is users encountering problems with entering their phone numbers into the access login page. The format has to be in the +15551234567 style, but the template appears to show a space between the country code and the phone number itself. This may not seem like a big deal, but when we have upwards of a thousand guests at a time for events, this issue pops up quite often.
We've posted flyers instructing users how to connect, and this has alleviated some of the problems with this, but we were wondering if it were possible to edit the guest access login page template to provide better clarity or make it an optional field altogether. Any helpful information is appreciated! Thanks!
