Change the controller name while it is part of Cluster

Hi All, I have a Cluster with two controllers joined; if I change the name of one of the controllers, would it impact into a cluster? Is it something that I need to worry about? Actually, does it let me change the controller name while it is joined to the cluster?

Hi Ali84,

Yes! You change the name of the clusters but, it restarts the services and the cluster name will be changed when all the services are up.

Note: The Cluster Name only accept alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), and underscores (_). They do not accept the space character or other special characters (for example, $, *, #, !).
