Hello, currently we are using VSZ-H version 3.6.2. We set the band balancing feature to proactive with 25% percentage client load to 2.4GHz band from the setting being disabled. However, after a few weeks configuring this on the zone level, we still see that 64% of our 802.11n users are still latched to 2.4 GHz. With this, we still want to improve the onsite customer experience by steering more client to 5 GHz and we are looking to change the band balancing feature from proactive to strict. With this plan in mind, may we ask what are the expected user experience, impact, and risk if we pursue with our plan? Hoping we can get your feedback with your expertise on this matter. Thank you in advance!
