Backup and Restore Configuration Virtual Smartzone in Different Version

Dear everybody,

I've question about creating backup and restore configuration (not cluster config). Existing, I've 2 Virtual Smartzone Essentials (with Cluster) and I've deployed 1 Virtual Smartzone Essentials (not in Cluster).

Existing 2 vSZ-E are in 3.6.1.0.227 version and new deployed vSZ-E is in 5.2.2.0.1563 version

Can I do backup config (not backup cluster) in existing vSZ-E (3.6.1 version) and restore to new deployed vSZ-E (5.2.2 version)? All IP address are different for each vSZ-E. Thanks in advance.

I am afraid, we cannot restore a config backup file taken from a vSZ-E 3.6.1 version, on to another vSZ-E running 5.2.2 version. 

Config backup can only be restored on another vSZ-E running the same version as the original controller from which the backup file was taken.

Hi @a_ridwan9 

Yes that should be possible. I just did it on SZ100 which is equivalent to an vSZ-E and it went success.
