Airtime Utilization high more the 85% on Vsz 5.2.1.0 but client totaly only 23 clients and the impacted intermitten client connection  the AP using,

any advice for tht?

It can be several issues. If you use a R510 AP there is a firmware issue that is causing high airtime issue. But it also depended how many APs can be seen on same channel or how much inteferance you have.

It is also possible that 23 clients simply overloading the APs Airtime by causing high number of pakets and traffic.

Some more infos about AP model and deployment type (large scale, small scale and number of APs) would be helpful.

I have the same issue on a ruckus model 
R650
