Airtime Detail not appear in R650

Hello Ruckus Team,

We have problem in our Smartzone that currently using version 6.1.2.0.441. When we were facing issue wifi slow connection then we checked that the airtime utilization was on 93% on the AP. Then, we checked the Health information but on the part of Airtime Utilization, we don't see button "Airtime Detail", especially on AP Type R650. When we compared to AP Type R720, R710 and R320, the "Airtime Detail" button was appear and we can checked the detail.

Can we get information how to make "Airtime Detail" button appear on AP Type R650? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for writing to us.

The Airtime Detail option was deprecated due to a bug that was showing the wrong statistics numbers on the output. The fix is deferred to 7.0.

I see. But on the other type, like Ruckus R720, it's appear.

Is that bug only for R650 type or there are any type? Thanks in advance.

I performed a test on the R650 by adding it to the SmartZone running version 6.1.2.0.487, which is the recommended release. However, I was unable to see the Airtime Detail button for both the R650 and H550 access points.
