Thanks for your reply.

Based on the troubleshooting and the images you have shared, seems that the management port is not  responding  this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL) and paste it into the chat to start unit replacement.

Hi @robinparky

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

I could see that Switch is working normal. And able to receive the IP address from the DHCP Server.

As we want to check the speed transmitted from the Switch, I would request you to check the same commands once again by connecting any PC/Laptop or Access Points to different ports on the Switch to access the Internet.

Thank you again and we appreciate your patience.

Hi @robinparky

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the information.

As we can see from the ‘show inline power’ command output. All the Switch ports are ON and running.

Could you please connect your ethernet cable directly from Router to the Laptop and check if you are able to connect to the Internet? As shown with a yellow line in the below picture. Also please try with a different ethernet cable from the same port of the Router.

Also, please try to swap the cable to other ports of the Router and check connecting it to the Switch. Please let me know if that works. (As marked in the below picture)

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Best regards,
