Router stopped working

Router stopped working. I tried hard reset already.

I followed all steps you suggested, but it didn't help. 

I connected to the switch.  I setup ip address recommended, connected cable.  But the ping does not respond correctly.  Can you call me or I can call you to get help?

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console / Ethernet  from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. ( Physical setup ) like the following example :

Thanks for your reply.

 

Based on the troubleshooting and the images you have shared, seems that the management port is not  responding  this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
