I got Ruckus switch ICX7150-C12 Switch and 2 access points. The internet is running slow when access the internet through ruckus access points where as accessing the internet directly from ISP is faster. When I checked for internet speed test on my phone then that also shows slow internet speed on the device where as ISP shows good internet speed. Can you please help to resolve the issue with slow internet?

Please let us know if you have faced any power outage recently or not.
If you have confirmed that internet issue is stable while you are connecting to the ISP router, but the issue persists while you are connecting to the access points or the switch, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the secondary partition ( Note: Secondary partition contains the routing code) which is causing the bad connectivity issues. This could happen after multiple power outages, please follow up the next guide.

Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.

Hi,
I have followed the instructions provided in the Upgrade a switch via WebGUI document and upgraded my switch to using SPR09010dufi.bin firware. I saw it was the latest. Now my internet is running more slow. Moreover I am not even able to access to ruckus switch now with the ruckus switch ip. I am getting the error indicating it is unreachable. Please help to resolve the issue.

As already explained in previous posts on how to access the Switch, in order to fix the routing code issue, which in one of the symptom is slow connectivity, let add the guides back, important the access to the switch must be through console, and please read the guides carefully before start the troubleshooting.

Hi,
I have installed the version that you have mentioned on primary partition but when I am trying to copy it to secondary partition then I am getting below error (Invalid input) Can you please let me know how to resolve it?
