Hello My ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on all port does not work anymore. Checked on my switch and it still under warranty. How do i go about processing warranty exchange.

Thank you for your private message.
This issue may be caused by the switch ports entering a disabled state, and they may need to be re-enabled using the command line interface (CLI).
