Hello My ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on all port does not work anymore. Checked on my switch and it still under warranty. How do i go about processing warranty exchange.
I have already tested each port with each access point. The only way that i was able to get them to work was to use a power injector.I have other power-e switches, which I tested and that's how I found out the POE ports were not working
