ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on port not working

Hello My ruckus icx 7150 c12p POE on all port does not work anymore.  Checked on my switch and it still under warranty. How do i go about processing warranty exchange.

Thank you for your private message.

This issue may be caused by the switch ports entering a disabled state, and they may need to be re-enabled using the command line interface (CLI).

I have already gone through the guides on the forum

Only 1 port works on POE

The power is enabled.

The PoE feature on switch ports is enable.
