I have gone through these forums before, I have a Lennar home with a Ruckus switch and 2 ap's. Everytime the power has gone off in the last 2 years it has gotten more difficult to get it rebooted. I have gone through everything I was told the last time and this thing will not boot up. I work from home and this makes life complicated. I have spent over 2 weeks trying to get this thing rebooted, enough is enough. Either send a replacement or a tech to come out and resolve the issue.

Hi @RCK
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged. For the detailed understanding of the issue
1- Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.
R510 LED lights
2- Also please check if this is happening on the ISP router or specific Access Point ?
3- Please check whether the cable is working fine or not
4- Please connect a PC directly to the Ruckus Switch ICX-7150 to see if you are having the same connectivity issue.
Best regards,

No lights on access points, only lights on switch are yellow syst and green power.
I have hooked up a laptop trying to update/reboot as the last person suggested, nothing works.
cables are working, main router is worker, switch does not function..

Hi @RCK
Thanks for your reply,
Based on your description your switch has green and yellow light, which means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.
Please try to follow the below steps to solve the issue.
1- Try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2- Also try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick.

If the above mentioned troubleshooting step doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.
Here is the quick guide to perform software recovery.
How to perform a Software recovery on an ICX7150 switch
Ruckus ICX Recovery Load boot code from boot monitor

Note: after fixing the issue of the Switch been stuck in boot mode, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin for both partitions primary and secondary.
1.Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive
2. Upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP
3. Upgrade a switch via Web GUI (ICX7150 Switch)
