iOS Unleashed - not seeing network?

I went to go launch my Unleashed app after some time and keep getting the error "not connected to Unleashed network, go to Settings?" - this wasn't an issue before and not sure what tripped it.  Oddly, the settings have no local network configuration and when looking through for all apps that have asked for network access I don't see Unleashed on the list.  On another thread someone with an Android had to shut of Private DNS I think - I found the equivalent setting in iOS "Private Wi-Fi Address" but toggling it off did not solve this.  

The error pops up immediately after entering credentials almost as if it's "stuck" and not even checking anything.

Anyone have this issue/know of a solution!?

Hi All,

There were some issue in the older version of Unleashed app, please update to the latest app version and it should work just fine, if not, please provide the details and we will help you.

Hi - when I launched, it said there is a new version available.  But when I go to Upgrade App and it brings me to the iOS store, there is no update option.  I tried reverting back to the main url and it was still giving me the error so moved back to my IP address.  Can you check why iOS doesn't have the app udpate?  Thank you

Thank you for the response and the update.

This may be due to an older version of the Unleashed system.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.203 which is recently released.

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please uninstall the Unleashed application and install the updated one. And try to log in.

Hi, will look in to that, but I am referring specifically to the app update you mentioned.  I am running app v11.140.1 - is that the most up to date?

Yes, 11.140.1 is the latest released application version for now.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? and update the web Unleashed system as well.
