Hi, I have 3 APs connected to CX7150. These were installed by Lennar in 2018. I now have issues with the APs dropping connection frequently. I have to restart the CX7150 to get back online. But even after restart, these provide very erratic connection with speed ranging from 17 to about 190 MBPS while my wired connection provides over 950MBPS at any point of time. I do not have my unleashed account details (forgot).

Yes. I did try changing the ports on the switch. But it did not help. I shall try to follow the guidelines in your link and see if I can upgrade the version. And get back to you on the results.

Hello @vijayakirank ,
Greetings!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that you are experiencing slow speed and frequent disconnection issues.
Could you please confirm if there was any kind of power outage / power spike before this issue happened?
We need to check few configurations on the Switch for us to proceed further.
To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hello @vijayakirank ,
Thank you for the response.
Could you please share the picture of the connection ports of the switch as shared in the below pic?

Also please confirm it the ethernet cable is plugged to one of the 12 ports in the Switch?
Please disconnect the cables from the Switch and reconnect them firmly.
While reconnecting , please try connecting the AP and ISP cables to one of the other 12 ports on the Switch.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Pinky Rajendran
