I seem to be having trouble with getting my routers working properly. These were already installed by the original purchaser of the home. I have 2 pre installed, one on the main floor, and one upstairs. The one downstairs has no lights, and the one upstairs is blinking green. When I try to set up through the app, it tells me to connect to configure me wifi, but it never shows up. Really struggling here and would like to get these working please.

Thank you for the response.
We are glad to know that the reset was completed and you are able to configure the network.
Once it is completed, you will be able to connect the other Access point using a 12VDC adapter.

I changed the network name and password, however it will not let me connect. Also, it is still showing Ruckus-Unleashed (lets me connect to that with the password though). See screen shot below. Cannot manage the network though the app becauase it sais I am not connected to the Unleashed Network.

Thank you for the response.
From the response shared, I could understand that you are unable to login to the Unleashed App.
Could you please try accessing your Unleashed system using a laptop web browser? You can do this by entering the Master AP IP Address or by visiting https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/. Just make sure you're connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network.
If you’re still unable to access it and don’t know the IP address of your access points, please refer to the guide below for help in locating the IP address:

Once you've found the IP address of the AP, you should be able to log in and see the Unleashed dashboard.
Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please refer to the below screenshot for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.
