Wireless router not displaying any power or lights, need support immediately.

Thanks for the information, let's do something Let me add the steps to access the Switch via Web GUI, I will let you not how to check the status of the PoE(power over Ethernet) in the Switch ports.

1:Find the Switch IP address(follow Up the next guide, so you can identify the Switch IP address)

2:Connect your computer to internet by to wring the computer with an Ethernet cable to the ICX 7150 Switch or if you IPS router have Wi-Fi connect your computer to that Wi-Fi.

3:Now you know the Switch IP address, and the computer is online, in my case my IP address is 10.176.192.100, search for that IP address in the URL bar of your Web browser:

Hit login and the credentials must be

User: super

Password: sp-admin

Or test the combination

Usernames:           Passwords:

admin                    sp-admin

super                     Lennar

                               lennar

                               ruckus

                               Ruckus!

                               Ruckus1

                               admin

                               password

4:Now you gained access to the Switch, let's check the status of the POE, In my example the admin status it's ON for all the ports, this mean that the port are enable for PoE, Please provide the image of yours.

Click on ports on the left > Inline power > Inline power statistics

5:Also provide the General information of your device, and the same sent the image of the results.

6:provide the image of the system logs too.
