Wifi for ruckus is freezing and slowing up after power outage

After a power outage the internet is now working slower than before. It freezes up. Was running fine before. We have reset entire Ruckus box by unplugging. Also reset the boxes on each of the 3 floors in my house and still nothing has worked. What can we do? I was going to go best buy and just another wifi extender. Any thoughts?

in putty now..getting access denied when i enter the sp-admin.

for here i am putting in my ruckus IP address.  Is that correct? Anything here I should uncheck?

You Switch IP address: the user may change, test all these combinations:

 

Usernames:           Passwords:

Admin                    sp-admin

Super                     Lennar

                               lennar

                               ruckus

                               Ruckus!

                               Ruckus1

                               admin

                               password

ok..i entered in my ruckus ip address and the admin and lennar as password. I got to the point in your directions where it said show version. This is what popped up..what now?

 

You are almost there, now run the next commands, and you will be done.
