After a power outage the internet is now working slower than before. It freezes up. Was running fine before. We have reset entire Ruckus box by unplugging. Also reset the boxes on each of the 3 floors in my house and still nothing has worked. What can we do? I was going to go best buy and just another wifi extender. Any thoughts?

Hi @CK !
I shared the wrong guide is this one since you know the IP address from your switch
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"

I for sure have Ruckus Switch (ICX 7150-12CP)
When I do the scanner, the Ruckus Unleashed IP addresses that shows up don't match the MAC address of my Ruckus Switch (ICX 7150-12CP).

This what I get normally with no IP Address. The MAC address of the Ruckus Switch is correct.

Hi @PeterK
You almost close to fix the issue !
If your internet provider is AT&T or something similar you can go to 192.168.1.254 or 192.168.1.1 copy one of the IPs '192.168.1.254' past it in the URL you are going to be redirect to your Router login , please try to find a tab that is similar as 'attached devices' sometimes you can get the IP of the Switch in that tab.
Here is a link that is similar what we are look :https://www.wikihow.com/See-Who-Is-Connected-to-Your-Wireless-Network
Sometimes a hard reboot ( disconnect and reconnect the Switch from the power outlet ) after the rebooting the IP address of the switch appears on the scanner

Ok. I reset the house router so that I could access what it was connected to and found the correct IP Address for my "ICX 7150-12P Switch". When I put that IP address in the admin dashboard url area, I hit ok and it says "pending" and won't connect. It's been like that for awhile now.
When I hover over the "ok" button, a red circle with a line through it shows up like below:
