  • My wifi has been down for over a day now. Called the internet provider and they said to reach out to ruckus. Need help asap

Hi  

In order to provide the best troubleshooting steps, please respond to the next questions:

 

1:Are the access points powering up?

2:Can you see the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?

3:Are you able to connect, but with slow connectivity?

Power looks to be on. I cannot connect to my wifi, it doesn’t even come up as an option on my phone. I have tried unplugging everything, turning it on and off again, and have even called my internet provider to have them restart it. Nothing is working
