Switch didn’t allow me to use putty.

Thank you for the response.
Please help us with a screenshot of the error you are getting on the Putty Application.
And please help us with a picture showing the software recovery cables connections connected between the Switch and the Laptop/PC.
Please make sure you configure the IP and other step-by-step configurations as mentioned in the software recovery guide before accessing CLI on Putty.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

This is what I keep getting. When I try to ping i constantly get a host “is not alive”
