Upgraded switch but now when I logon as ADMIN, I see No Switches

I upgraded to the latest software for my icx 7150 cp12.

I performed the download and upgrade over my phone

When I logon again I see there is No Switches message in the switch!

I can open Putty

Hi Pinky,

I've decided not to spend any more time trying to upgrade the switch.

I might cycle back to it in the future but this has been too painful.

Or, I might let my friend us it for target paractice.

Thank you for all you help, I appreciate everything you have done and tried to help me.
