I upgraded to the latest software for my icx 7150 cp12.
I performed the download and upgrade over my phone
When I logon again I see there is No Switches message in the switch!

Could you please confirm if you were able to login to the Putty using the default credentials which was shared in the previous post?
Please share a screenshot if you are getting stuck at any point.
Also, could you please share the picture of the connection ports of the switch as shared in the below pic?

Thank you for the response.
From the screenshot you shared earlier, I see that there are 0 Working Switches.
We need to check if the Automatic Switch approval is enabled in your Unleashed dashboard.
Please follow the below steps to check if the automatic Switch approval is enabled:
To enable automatic approval of RUCKUS ICX switches, use the following procedure:

Once the Switch approval is enabled, you may add Switches from the Unleashed dashboard.
1. Please click on Switches, then click on Add


Note: Make sure that the Switch IP address and the username and password should be entered correctly
