I am unable to update ruckus r510 series. It says I am not connected to unleashed network but I am. I am on iphone 16.5.1 version. I have always been able to update prior only recently is this a problem. I believe I am running 200.13 version in ruckus. Any help would be appreciated as I am not tech savy.

Thank you for the response.
Please upgrade your APs to the recommended version as described in my previous post. And yes, that version will work on R510 APs.
We will upgrade the APs to the new recommended Unleashed version as we have a fix of login issue in this version. If there are some issues after Upgrading, we may have to proceed with a factory reset of the APs which will take about 10-15 minutes if goes well.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
