I am unable to update ruckus r510 series. It says I am not connected to unleashed network but I am. I am on iphone 16.5.1 version. I have always been able to update prior only recently is this a problem. I believe I am running 200.13 version in ruckus. Any help would be appreciated as I am not tech savy.

As per the case description, I could understand that you have some issues with the newly released Unleashed App.
As I have also shared the below process on your other new post, please check. Posting it below once again.
Please try to uninstall the Unleashed app from your iOS device, reinstall the newly released app, and try to login keeping logging to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com setup. (Please refer to the below screenshot)

It is doing the same thing as before, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is telling me I am not connected. It is the ruckus unleashed business app right? There is ruckus one and ruckus unleashed and under the unleashed it says business.
