We are trying to fix our ruckus because the CTL light is out. So, I tried logging into unleashed app to install updates but keep getting (unleashed is not connected to internet please go to settings) and when I go to settings it doesn’t have anything I can do. We are a Lennar home.

Hi @Jrwilliams23

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

From the screenshot you shared, I see your RUCKUS Unleashed system is on an older version, causing the Application login issues.

Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article on process to upgrade the Access Points to the recommended version.

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Upgrade-process-of-the-RUCKU...

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please uninstall the Unleashed application and install the updated one then try to log in.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Can you tell me if updating my ruckus to the version requires creating a new SSID? When you had me do that last time it threw my ATT AND DIRECTV offline and I had to pay both of them to come out for service. Is also took my SONOS sound system offline and my Ring security system offline.  I would like you to answer this before I proceed

Hi @Jrwilliams23

Greetings!

Thank you for your prompt response and for the update.

Yes, once the Access Points are upgraded, you will be prompted to create a new Wi-Fi network/SSID. Please ensure that your devices are reconnected to the new network after the upgrade.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
