Unable to login via https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/

I have been unable to login to my ruckus via the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ link on my desktop as it produces the default unreachable error.

"This site can’t be reached

unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’s server IP address could not be found."

I am able to access the app on my phone and login but not on the desktop. Both my phone and the desktop are on the same network.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ from your desktop.

As you know, we cannot access the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ link if you are not connected to the RUCKUS Access Point’s Wi-Fi network. And you mentioned you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi/Internet network.

Could you please try to access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ from Web Incognito mode in case there is a cache?

If you are still unable to access it, please try to access using the IP Address of the Master Access Point. If you don’t know the IP Address of the Master Access Point. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Points.

You should see the Unleashed dashboard as shown in the below screenshot.

Hello,

Turns out it was a firewall issue preventing me to access due to too many redirects. Temporary disabling this protection allowed me to access.
