Turned off APs accidentally

briana1917

I have accidentally turned off both bands (2.4/5) through unleashed mobile. Now I am unable to see my network. I can see my router wifi still if I turn it on. Both of my AP’s have solid green light on power but nothing for 2.4 or 5. Please help me turn them back on.

Hi @briana1917

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.

Please make sure the cables are connected properly from your ISP ( internet provider ) local router and ICX-7150-C12P

Another option will be to log in into your local Router IP and check if the devices are detected from there in the device list.

If that is not an option, a factory reset is needed, please read this guide very carefully.

I already did all that you just advised including the factory reset multiple times.

Hi @briana1917

The IP scanner is one of many tools available to find the IP address of the devices connected to your network, even you can log in to your ISP router and check what are the devices connected to, as well gaining access to the Switch, and check the IP address of the devices connected to the Switch.

1:Option#1: connect to the Switch via console access and run the next commands: you will be able to see the Access Points and the IP address in the case is getting one.

show lldp neighbor

show lldp neighbor detail

2:Option#2:If you have a Windows computer you can open the CMD(command prompt) and run the command arp -a, you will be able to see the devices connected to the switch however you cannot see by name just by the MAC-Address, so you need to identify the Access Points MAC-Address to do the match.

Note: from mac will be opening terminal>type arp

Start>type CMD>open
