My home comes with Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P switch installed. When I hook up my TV and VoIP phone through a hardwired ethernet cable from the switch. The stream in is very slow and good see the latency in the TV and my VoIP phone doesn't work. But, I hook up my TV and VoIP phone through a hardwired ethernet cable from the router. The stream in and the phone works fine.
Need to talk to the Ruckus team to troubleshoot the problem.

Based on your description, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the wrong partition, let me add the guide to fix the issue.
Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch since you will have better connectivity than if you connect via wireless, finally after fixing the routing code issue please upgrade the Switch to the code 08095g UFI, using the image file named SPS08095gufi.bin in both partitions primary and secondary.

2:Upgrading the Switch to the code 08095g UFI, take into consideration that if you are running a code lower than 08080f, you need to perform two upgrades, one from where you are to 08080f, then one to the 08095g UFI.
