Hello,
Just recently got time to work on upgrading my switch as I've been upgrading my Lennar-provided APs over time but never had the switch show up in the Unleashed app.
I tried to use the Upgrade Tool to perform the upgrade, but I get the error message "Unable to Upload Upgrade Image to Primary Partition".
Here is my show version from the console:

Hi Pinky,
I got it all worked out! Thank you so much for your help. I am now on 08095g.
Now I just have to figure out why I have dropped connections :(. Is there a troubleshooting guide that helps determine if it's an issue with my APs, switch, or modem?

Hello @georgia4 ,
Thank you for the response.
We are glad that you were able to upgrade the Switch version and could login to the GUI of the Switch and reset the password.
You may have faced issues while the Switch was in the older version, and now it is in the recommended version.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you face any issues with your Ruckus network.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Pinky Rajendran
