Lennar technical representative troubleshooted the system and the switch doesn't operate properly. He completed the necessary paperwork for you to replace the unit under warranty.
Hi Yarenis, its a hardware issue. The power outage messed up the Ruckus Switch. We cannot use the internet.

Hi Yarenis, the troubleshooting has been done already & the issue still persists. We followed the steps from the guide & Internet is still not working.
Please provide me the status of the web access to the Switch, so we can see what is the error, also provide the logs, let me provide the steps to check that part from web GUI access.
