The Ethernet cable from the modem to the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P has no flashing green light. Turns out Lutron doesn't work at all. Two devices mounted on the ceiling (for smart home use) are also completely switched off.

I am unable to retrieve the "software recovery" from your previous post.  Precisely speaking, I am unable to see your previous email/post at all.

I just disconnected Ruckus with no choice.

Finaly I successfully reboot the system.  But all LED lights are still blinking.  The figure 5 in your video is not shown.  Please advise.  Thanks.
