Switch has changed to router mode since power outage need back to switxh

I do not have a computer to perform the tasks nor do I live in the city where my house is that has the issue. I was told I didn't need to be at the home from someone on the phone line.

To solve this issue we need a laptop through which you need to take access to the switch and perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the below guide.
