My Ruckus router was set up 3 years ago by a Lennar Tech person, and do not recall what we changed the password to. I want to get into it and add devices, but it requires the password that I do not recall.
I do know that at that time, we did rename the access point and also changed the password. I have the new name, just not the password. I don't know if it matters, but it is connected to my Spectrum Network ISP. I cannot reach the access point on the ceiling, but it looks like it might be R510.
I currently have some devices working that are connected to Ruckus 3 years ago like my Alexa Echo Show which controls several other devices so I want to avoid doing a complete reset and then trying to reset up these devices all over again. That's why I really want to just retrieve the password (or reset the password) without doing a complete factory reset. Is there a way to do that?

Hi @sulli5301
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in setting up your RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network's password.
Could you please let me know if you can log into the RUCKUS Unleashed system?
If not, could you please try log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?
If you can log into the Unleashed system, please follow the below process to change your RUCKUS Network Wi-Fi password.
Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password
(Please refer to the below screenshots)
You could also create a new network WLAN SSID: Please refer to the below video-
