Switch and access point issues

I'm having issues with my switch (ICX-7150-C12P) and 2 AP (R510). I've read all the articles and completed system resets from the switch and the primary AP. I've walked through the steps for Configure.Me and the setup was complete, but it doesn't show my wifi info for the available networks. The dashboard has an error message for the internet connection. I've done a factory reset and still unable to connect to the wifi. The Power light on the AP is flashing green. The CTL has a fast-blinking green light. Here's what I see on the dashboard. I'm unable to see the network name I created. This is all under Configure-Me. dashboarddashboard

Thank you for the response.

Please note, that flashing CTL lights on the Access points is  a normal behavior.

Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.

Could you please unplug the ethernet cable of the Access Point and plug it into any 1 in-12 ports (as highlighted in the below screenshot) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch?

It's still not working. Same error message as before. I'm unable to connect and unable to locate an IP address.
