Hello support team,
I am Lennar home owner with ruckus IXC 7150-c12p and an AP. Few days ago, there was power outage. After that:
- We lost Ruckus SSID wifi.
- PoE Ring doorbell is lost signal (maybe power too).
- AP lights: power light is green + flashing, CTL light is solid green.
What we tried: Unplug + reset modem, router, switch, AP. Nothing changed.
Please help.

To verify whether the switch is able to transfer power to PoE devices we have to gain console access.
Please let me know whether you are able to follow the step 1.
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
While following the steps if you face any issues please share the screenshot of the error you are getting.
Also please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi, I tried some steps:
- STEP 1: IP
1.1 I could find IP. There are 2 ruckus IPs
1.2 I use that IP on web browser, couldn't log in because I don't know password and username.
1.3 I open Putty, use telnet (I don't know what is it). I could run all command but nothing change.

If you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch,
Please follow the below steps to solve the routing code issue.
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
If you can access to the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router>
Here is a quick guide to understand how to fix the 'routing code issue' but basically you need only need to run the following commands once you are on the command line 'CLI'
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
example:
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished )
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes ( hit enter to accept the command : the switch will reboot )
How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users
4-If the access via IP address is not possible here is a guide how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
Once you are log in the ICX-7150-C12P please follow up the same steps that are on point '3'

Hi,
1. As I said in the previous post. I couldn't access to Dashboard.
2. I tried to access via USB-C cable on Windows laptop and Macbook. I tried MobaXterm and Putty, the only command I got is "ICX7150-C12 Switch", not "router".
