Switch Stuck in Router Mode

I already know what the issue is and I need to send the switch in and receive a new one. According to the support specialist I spoke with: “Confirmed Switch listed as router on ISP device table. Unable to Telnet to flash image.

Nothing can be done in order to remotely fix the issue and new hardware needs to be sent.

Can you provide me the steps in how to make option 1 and option 2 works as switch with the same settings. Disable the router options
