I have read many posts on how to fix the switch after power outage, but the ip scanner shows the APs but no switch IP address. Is there another way to get that IP address?

Thanks for your response.
Please try to follow the process again and enter the below username and password.
Please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )
Username:admin password: Ruckus!
Username:admin password: Ruckus1
Username:admin password: Lennar
Username:super password: sp-admin
Admin usernames and passwords for the Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points/Switch for Lennar home users
If you face any difficulties please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while following the process.

I cannot enter a password, the CLI doesn't show any keystrokes.

While entering password texts won't be displayed in the CLI. Once you have entered the password press 'ENTER'.

Thanks. Lots of progress. Both partitions have been updated and I can now see the switch IP. I am also able to access the switch via web gui. One last thing, however, is that I still cannot see the switch in my dashboard.

Thanks for your reply.
To add the ICX switch in the unleashed app you need to create a SSH tunnel( private tunnel between the AP and switch).
For this we need to make sure that the switch is running the latest version. As you have already upgraded the switch please make sure that the management approval is enabled.
Also make sure you enable LLDP/RSA protocol in your switch using the below commands.
Device>enable
Device#config terminal
Device(config)#lldp run
Device(config)#crypto key generate rsa
Edit the current password and username
device(config)# username super password pass
Where the username is ’super’ and password ‘pass’
Unleashed dashboard
1-Hit Add on that dashboard
2-Put the IP address of the ICX switch
3-Username and password for Switch authentication that we created
To sync the data, it will take us a while, so after a couple of minutes it should say connected.
