I have read many posts on how to fix the switch after power outage, but the ip scanner shows the APs but no switch IP address. Is there another way to get that IP address?

Hi @Crossrun21
Greetings of the day,
Here I attach the guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications

I think I found the IP address by accessing the client list via the router. When I try to log in I get an error that states:
The page isn't working
IPaddress didn't send any data
Err_Empty_Response

Hi @Crossrun21
Based on your description it seems that your IP address of switch does not appear on the IP Scanner.
To solve this issue please reboot the local Router ( ISP device ).
Another solution is to log in in your local Router and check the 'device list'

Via the router I see a "Ruckus Unleashed" IP address. Entering that into the URL brings me to a login, but any attempt to login results in the error:
The page isn't working
IPaddress didn't send any data
Err_Empty_Response
