I need help to resolve this issue, when I try to use the power cordon the AP will function normally, however, due the location at home, its not possible but only via POE. I dont have access to switch via admin. Please help!! Thank you

By the way, please be aware, that I read all the posts related with this switch, and since I have not IT background whatsoever it will be impossible to perform any tasks related; so if you can help me to file RMA that would be super helpful. Thanks!
