Rucks is only showing up an amber light when connected to power and then goes dark. I have read similar post with same issue, and it seems that RMA is needed. Please let me know what else you need to get a replacement approved.
I need help to resolve this issue, when I try to use the power cordon the AP will function normally, however, due the location at home, its not possible but only via POE. I dont have access to switch via admin. Please help!! Thank you
Hi, Pictures are attached to this thread. As mentioned before, the only lights I can see are the ones when the switch is plugged into the power. At that moment, all lights flashed out amber and then nothing.
