Stuck on configure me

We recently received a new modem and router so I reset our ruckus. However, even after “successfully” configuring the new SSID and ruckus it is not connecting to the internet on the dashboard and the WiFi name is still reflecting “configure me” and not the new SSID. Lights are all green.

Please share the status of the access points in the unleashed app. Also please check whether the access points are upgraded to the same version or not.

It is showing 0 total 0 working 0 disconnected but I went through all the steps to connect and it said it was successfully configured

Please share the screenshot of the image showing the status of the access points in the unleashed app. 

 

Also please share the image of the access points showing the firmware version as mentioned below.
