We have two devices on our ceilings in our townhome. We noticed the one downstairs has steady green lights while the one upstairs has steady red lights. How do we reset/reprogram the device? I am assuming the lights should not be red.

Based on your description, it seems that the access points stuck in boot mode. To solve this issue please try to do physical factory reset of an access points using the below guide.
