My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet. I am following the steps to fix this. I have verified the IP Address. I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard. But, I cannot login to get the dashboard. How do I do that? My Ruckus signin isn’t working. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I could understand that you are unable to login to the Unleashed App.
As you mentioned that you have verified your Access point IP address, could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?
Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
Once you see the above dashboard, please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below.
Please check and confirm and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Okay I got logged in. This is what I see:
Internet - connected
Wifi Network - working
clients - connected
Access Points - working 2
Switches - working 0
What should I do next?
