Hello, This is lokesh living at 2440 Barley Crest Pass cumming GA - 30040. We have moved in here about year and half ago. Am trying to setup or reset the existing routers to configure accordingly to my profile. Please help

Thanks @jayavidhya for quick response. I would need some walk through i tried whatever i could.. Its all connected properly i can see 2g and 5g is showing amber lights that means its having internet and no clients are there,
I dont know the password of admin portal or the wifi signal access point is exposing.. So am confused about resetting access point or the ruckus switch? I tried resetting access point but it again boots back up by giving the same lights looks like its just its not resetting..
Any way to connect and walk me through steps so we can sort this out over the call or something?

Thank you Imran, Disconnecting the other AP and using just one and then connecting other one resolved the issue. Am able to do everything now. Only Question is the password recovery section its not showing for me in preferences..
Where would that be other than in preferences to enable password recovery?
