Setting up 2.4GHz client for devices that require this signal

I recently installed a Hitron router from Mediacom to my Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Switch Mesh System and I believe the switch is only sending out a 5ghz signal??  Not sure, as I am not technical?  I only have one choice for network, not a 5ghz and 2.4ghz.  I want to connect devices like Schlage Lock, Honeywell thermostat, Blink Cameras and Sync module, etc.  In particular the Blink system, as it will only work on 2.4ghz.  Again, I am NOT computer tech savvy and this is driving me crazy!  I cannot figure it out!

The upgrade worked and my Unleashed iOS app is operational!

Please try to login to the unleashed system on a web browser using the below link "unleashed.ruckuswireless.com" and check whether you could log in to the unleashed system or not.

 

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Sorry, I was away from the home for a few days.  Back now and I was able to access the Unleased site from my PC.  Still cannot thru iOS device...still telling me I am not connected to the Unleashed Network.  Go to Settings.  I am accessing through the login destination.  "unleashed.ruckuswireless.com"; and using the same login credentials as on the PC.

This could be a issue due to a older version of the Unleashed Access Points.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using the Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details. 

Please check, help us with the above-requested information, share and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

My screenshot looks completely different from yours.  I do not even have a version noted, nor do I show any of the info that yours does??

Could you please try to browse the Unleashed using Mozilla Firefox web browser and see if you can see these details?
