Setting up 2.4GHz client for devices that require this signal

I recently installed a Hitron router from Mediacom to my Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Switch Mesh System and I believe the switch is only sending out a 5ghz signal??  Not sure, as I am not technical?  I only have one choice for network, not a 5ghz and 2.4ghz.  I want to connect devices like Schlage Lock, Honeywell thermostat, Blink Cameras and Sync module, etc.  In particular the Blink system, as it will only work on 2.4ghz.  Again, I am NOT computer tech savvy and this is driving me crazy!  I cannot figure it out!

The upgrade worked and my Unleashed iOS app is operational!

Hello - Ok, here is what my Version is 200.13.6.1.319.  Please advise...

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and for sharing the requested information.

As you mentioned, your Unleashed Access Points are on an old version 200.13.6.1.319. This may be the reason you are unable to log into your Unleashed Application from your smartphone.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.203 which is recently released.

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please uninstall the Unleashed application and install the updated one. And try to log in.
