I have a Rukus Unleashed system in my Lennar home (built 2018) in Texas.
In October-2022, a Rukus Technician updated my system and gave me the detailed steps to do the same on a quarterly basis. Imagine my surprise and shock when I tried to log in today and found out that Lennar support is gone via phone or chat. And to top things off, the instructions now do not work to check my system and to check for downloads. Can someone provide me with the technical step-by-step actions needed to check my system for latest upgrades and then how to install them ? HUGE THANK YOU !
Jayavidhya : thank you again for your note, but after watching the video's and reading the notes, I am still so confused on what to do. All I want to do is log in to my Lennar ICX-7150 (I have 2 access points & 2 Wi-Fi systems in my home) and install any system updates that are there for me to upgrade my system. If this information was in the information you sent, I did not see it or recognize it. Is there a very simple process to :
Log In, Identify upgrades to install, and then how to install them properly ?
Like I said before, last thing I want to do is totally screw up the system and then have no support available to bail me out and get me back up and running with the two access points & two WiFi systems.
