Ruckus system randomly cycling

ajc

My home has  ICX7150-C12-Switch and 2 r510 ap.  The Ruckus system seems to reset randomly.  The ATT fiber router/modem is not as internet is available through ATT.  The switch does not show up in the Unleashed app but the access points do.  I connected my laptop directly to the switch but cannot get pass the login (192.168.1.100) using any of the passwords I originally got from the tech ( super &sp-admin, admin & ruckus). Called Ruckus and they say i must post to forum.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Home built in 2019.

It is running as a switch.  Here is a shot of the session.

Hi @ajc

Thanks for your response.

Based on your description it seems that your second AP has no light on 2.4g which means your WLAN service is down.

Please try to factory reset the second AP with no light on 2.4g as described below:

IMPORTANT NOTE: As you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your house, please make sure you only keep the affected AP ON and reset the same. Please go to the Ruckus Switch (located in the panel) and disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of the Working Access Point, except the one that you are going to work with (non-working).

Please read the following guide carefully:
