Ruckus system randomly cycling

My home has  ICX7150-C12-Switch and 2 r510 ap.  The Ruckus system seems to reset randomly.  The ATT fiber router/modem is not as internet is available through ATT.  The switch does not show up in the Unleashed app but the access points do.  I connected my laptop directly to the switch but cannot get pass the login (192.168.1.100) using any of the passwords I originally got from the tech ( super &sp-admin, admin & ruckus). Called Ruckus and they say i must post to forum.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Home built in 2019.

Thank you.  I was able to do everything except step #2.  error message shown below.  I can now see the switch.  My second access point is connected to port 3 and the speed on that access point is only 100mbps.  Do you know why it is being limited?  Also my ATT fiber gateway is connected to port 12.  Port 12 is showing a warning.  Do you know why?

Quick update to my reply yesterday.  The alert is my ring door bell and has been fixed.  So the issue is step 2 and speed of the access point

Hi @ajc

Thanks for your response.

Please confirm if the issue is happening while it is connected to access points or when it is connected to ISP router.

Please follow out the next steps.

1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.

2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Speed drop occurs when connected to wifi on the second access point (i.e. not the master).

Speed connected directed to gateway by ethernet is above 850

Speed when connected to gateway by wifi is above 500

Speed when connected to master access point by wifi is 430

Speed when connected to second access point by wifi is 70 to 90.  The speed on that access point (port 3 of the switch) seems limited to 100Mbps whereas the master is 1Gbps

Here is a shot of the switch status from the dashboard

Hi @ajc

Thanks for your response.

Based on the description it seems like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the secondary partition ( Note: Secondary partition contains the routing code)  which is causing the bad connectivity issues. This could happen after multiple power outages, please follow up the next guide.

Note:  if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.

. After fixing the issue of the Switch booting from the wrong partition, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions primary and secondary with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, take into consideration that is the Switch is running a code lower than 08080 you need to upgrade twice, from the code you are to 08080f and then the recommended code 08095g UFI.
